Before using this website or reserving a Vancouver harbour experience, please read these terms. They explain how the platform works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Using the site or completing a booking confirms your acceptance.

Vancouver Harbour Tours provides online ticket reservations for harbour cruises, wildlife trips, sightseeing tours, and related experiences in Vancouver, British Columbia. We coordinate ticket issuance, confirmation, customer support, and payment handling for website orders.

We provide booking details matching the date, time, option, and guest quantities selected at checkout. We cannot control weather, water conditions, travel delays, personal conflicts, or operational changes made by an experience provider.

This website is for personal use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content, schedules, or pricing. Checkout information, including guest names, contact details, and selected dates, must be accurate.

Prices may include service and processing charges. The total, including applicable 13% HST, is shown before payment. Confirmed booking prices are fixed. Payments are handled through secure providers, and complete card numbers or security codes are not stored on our servers. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars.

With Ticket Assurance, cancellation requests may be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Otherwise, the cancellation terms displayed for the selected tour apply. Used tickets and tickets past their scheduled departure cannot be refunded. If a provider cancels for weather, safety, or operational reasons, rebooking or eligible refund options will be offered.

If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact us before starting a payment dispute. Contacting support first helps us investigate and resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in restricted access.

We are responsible for providing booking details that match the order confirmed at checkout. We are not responsible for:

• Provider schedule or route changes
• Personal travel delays, traffic, or parking availability
• Missed boarding times or late arrival
• Weather, water conditions, or circumstances beyond our control

Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the booking concerned.

Written content, branding, photography, layout, and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Vancouver Harbour Tours. Reproduction or distribution without permission is not allowed.

Access may be restricted for users who violate these terms, submit fraudulent disputes, or misuse the platform.

These terms may change from time to time. The updated version will be posted here, and continued use after publication indicates acceptance.
